Joe Fresh - swatches and review

So Joe Fresh is a Canadian product that is sold at Loblaws. I had been wanting one of their palettes for a long time, and they finally went on sale a few weeks ago! It is called Five Minute Face Palette and includes 4 eye shadows, a blush, bronzer and 2 lip colours. It was regular $20, but I got it on sale for less then $10!

I love all of the eye shadow colours, they go my my skin tone really well. The colours include Pale Pink, Bronze, Espresso and Midnight. I find that Pale Pink almost blends with my skin, but it does high light quite nicely! The other three are great to use as eye liner or eye shadow. I love Espresso as an eye liner and Bronze as an eye shadow. The colour pay off is quite nice. I have used them with a primer under and it makes them stand out even more!

Here is Pale Pink and Bronze

and here is Espresso and Midnight.

Here they are swatched

The blush is called Pink (original right?) I presonally love the colour. It looks super bright in the package, but you can either wear a little for a light wash or build it up for intense colour! Perfect for summer :)

The bronzer is called Tan, which scared me at first. I'm not that tanned, so even a light bronzer can sometimes look bad. But I figured out that if I only touched my brush to the bronzer, I got just enough to cover my entire face without looking too fake. I generally only use it on my T-zone and cheekbones. I have been using it a lot this summer!

And here are my swatches of both the blush and bronzer.

The last 2 products in the palette are the lip colours. One is a pale pink gloss called Mauve and the other is a deep red/purple called Plum. I was excited for Mauve as I love pink lips, but did not think I would even use Plum. I have actually worn Plum a couple of times. It is not as dark on my lips as I thought it would be. It is almost like my lip colour, only 3 shades darker. I really love Mauve, it almost reminds me of the 60's, Twiggy inspired look. It is not a lip stick, so it is not crazy pigmented.

Here are Mauve and Plum in the palette,

swatched on my arm,

 and on my lips! (Mauve)

 (Plum)

So that is the entire palette. All in all, I love it!! Ever since I bought it, I think I have used at least one product every single day. Worth the wait!

The last Joe Fresh product I would like to show you is another lip product. Funny thing, it does not seem to have a name on it... the label just says "Joe Fresh style"

This colour is called Papaya, and rightfully so! It is a bright pink, almost a watermelon pink. Love the colour, one of my favorite lip sticks this summer pairs up with this gloss nicely. My favorite part though? The smell. It is AMAZING!!!! Fruity, sweet but not too sweet, and not sticky at all. I love this gloss for the summer, just a hint of colour and super mousturizing as well.

What do you think? Have you ever tried Joe Fresh beauty products? Let us know!
